What is included in the booth rental fee?

Each space includes:

1. The allocated table(s) based on your selected zone

2. Two chairs

3. Basic electrical access (1 power socket, additional charges may apply)

4. Booth signage with your brand name

5. Exposure on InMagination Market social media highlights

What are the differences between the booth zones?

1. In Space (RM450): Located at the concourse area, included 1 rectangular table (6ft x 3ft) - best for compact setups and first-time vendors.

2. Magic Space (RM550): Located at the air-conditioned area with higher comfortability and privacy. Includes L-shaped tables (2 x 6ft x 3ft) - ideal for interactive setups or product showcase.

3. Nation Space (RM680): Located in the hall area with a dedicated tent. Comes with L-shaped tables (2 x 6ft x 3ft) - suitable for premium booths, healing sessions, or mini experience spaces that required privacy.

Will there be promotion for vendors?

Absolutely! Vendors will be featured on our official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and XHS, leading up to the event.

Is the booth fee refundable if I cancel?

All payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booth to another vendor upon approval by the organising team (deadline applies).
